Good Morning OES families!
I'd like to announce a change of position in our building. Adam Guyette has become our middle school social studies teacher. Mr. Guyette has held the SEL position at OES for three years, and is very eager to continue working with students in his new capacity. We will begin searching for a new SEL (Social Emotional Learning Specialist) soon.
Effective Monday - Ms. Hagen will be adding an additional day of art to the schedule. There will no longer be theater classes at OES.
I have spent a lot of time this week popping into classrooms. I have observed many smiling faces, students engaged in learning, and positive interactions between students. Our students have grown a lot since the beginning of the year. WAY TO GO, OES!
Please remember to call the office if you need to make alternative arrangements for your child(ren) for after school plans before 2:30. The office gets very busy at the end of the day.
