A Night to Discover: APS Student Learning and Community Partnership Showcase
On March 14, 2024, from 6:00-7:30 PM, Attleboro Public Schools (APS) will host A Night to Discover: APS Student Learning and Community Partnership Showcase. Now in the second year of this annual event, this evening is an opportunity for APS staff, students, families, and community organizations to come together as students throughout the district display their learning experiences and local community resources share information about their services and programs. The goal of this event is to bring all stakeholders from the community together to celebrate student successes and share resources. More information to come soon. We look forward to seeing you there!
January PE News
Basketball, Basketball, Basketball. We have been working on basketball and all the fundamentals that go along. Baseketball is one of those sports students can work on all by themselves or with a friend, they can work on the basics with or without a basketball hoop, a true lifelong movement activity. Hopefully everyone enjoyed our basketball unit as much as I did!
Gym Shoes:
IF your child wears snow boots to school, pretty please pack a pair of gym shoes on days they have Physical Education. It’s difficult and unsafe to participate in many of our movement themed activities with winter boots. Thank You in advance for your support!Monthly Meeting
This meeting will be virtual. Here is the LINK to the meeting.

Survey
Each year, students in grades 3-12 particpate in a survey as part of Attleboro's involvement in the Massachusetts Consortium for Innovative Education Assessment (MCIEA) which aims to help schools and the community measure school quality outside of simply relying on MCAS data. Our third and fourth grade students will be participating in this year's survey between now and February break. The survey takes approximately 15-30 minutes and is done during class. If you would like to see the results of previous surveys/questions, please visit the MCIEA School Quality Measures Dashboard.
