Registration paperwork
At this time, we are not able to have non-employees in the building, so we will have registration packets available for pick up in the main entrance vestibule at the elementary school (6230 Euclid Street, Marlette) beginning Monday, May 4. If you want to stop and pick up a packet, fill it out at home, and return it later in the week, that's great. A separate tote is also in the vestibule for packet drop off.
We will also need a copy of:
1. Birth certificate
2. Immunization records
3. Proof of residency
4. Parent Driver's License
If you don't have a way to make a copy, don't sweat it! We will make copies once we are able to fully utilize the building.
Preschool families, if you would like an electronic enrollment packet for your 3 or 4 year old, email your child's name and birth date to nicole.albertson@marletteschools.org.

Meet our Early Elementary Family
Mrs. Albertson & Ms. Luann (GSRP preschool)
I am Nicole Albertson, the lead teacher in the Great Start Readiness Program (GSRP), and the Preschool Program Director at Marlette Elementary. I'm currently in my 3rd year of teaching for GSRP. After I graduated from Ferris State University with a Bachelors in Elementary Education, my husband and I had the opportunity to move to Iowa, for his career. There, I worked in Early Childhood with infants to preschoolers, for 3 years. We moved back to Michigan, and for the next 6 years, I was a stay-at-home mom to Peyten and Jackson. Once my youngest hit preschool, I was ready to get back into teaching. I attended Baker College to get my ZS Endorsement in Early Childhood/ Special Education. I was very fortunate to join Marlette Elementary in 2017, where I can see my own children throughout my day.
Mrs. Marshall & Ms. Tiffany (Tuition Preschool)
I am Heather Marshall and I am one of the classroom teachers in the tuition preschool. I am finishing up my fifth year of teaching preschool. Previously I taught third and fourth grade for almost seven years before taking time off to be a stay at home mom. I graduated from Taylor University where I earned a BS in Elementary Education. I have wanted to be a teacher since I was a little girl. I even had a chalkboard and bulletin board in my room while growing up! My husband is a teacher and coach, and we have three children. Our oldest daughter and son attend Bethel University and are studying to be teachers and our youngest son is a sophomore in high school. I enjoy reading, coffee, traveling, and making people smile. I look forward to meeting you soon!
HI! My name is Tiffany Brooks and I have taught Marlette Tuition Based Preschool since the program began in September of 2008.
