Please remember to sign in and out every day or any time that you leave the building. It is tempting to sign in and out simultaneously, but that does not help me know who is in the building and who left.
Everyone must self-certify every day before entering the building. You will either certify on Skyward or stop in the Main Office to complete a paper copy.

Return to In-Person Learning

I am happy to report that with the steps we have taken since our initial influx of positive adult cases of COVID-19, we are ready to return to in-person instruction. We feel that it is safe and appropriate to return to school on Monday. Also, fourteen days have passed since the last person could have been exposed at school. During that time, thankfully, we have not had any new cases! I was also able to confirm that Franklin has remained in the building all week to clean and sanitize in our absence. A message was already sent to families this morning via Remind, I will follow up later today with an email, and the information will also be posted on our website. Below is a link to view the family updated. I will also be returning from my quarantine on Monday but will be meeting Monday morning and returning once over.

Parent Teacher Conferences - Repeated

Parent-Teacher conferences will proceed as planned on November 18, 19, & 20. However, all conferences will be held virtually through Zoom. Parent-Teacher conference slots have been created in Skyward Family Access. I will be sending parents information as early as this afternoon. Below are a few more important details.

The window for parents to sign up in Family Access will open on October 26 at 8:00 AM, and the window will close on November 6 at 4:00 PM.
Teachers can go into their grade books at any time to block out slots for dinner, etc.
Zoom: Technology will be turning off our authentication requirement at the end of October. When teachers schedule a conference meeting, they will want to uncheck the box next to Require Authentication to Join under Meeting Options so that parents can enter the meeting without an ASD4.org login. It is recommended teachers schedule their meetings vs. using their Personal Meeting ID. This setting should only be turned off for parent conference meetings, not classes.
