Annual Fund News

Thank you to all families who contributed to the Groves Elementary Annual Fund this year. Because of your contributions we were able to purchase additional Promethean Boards for our classrooms. Recess/play materials and resources were provided for all grade levels. Books/resources are purchased for professional development for our staff for growing our knowledge for implementing Project Based Learning.


Additional great news is that we will receive a $5,000 Insperity Award. We will receive this due to meeting certain first year metrics for the Annual Fund. Thanks to our Groves Community.

Notes from the Nurse

I wanted to remind all parents that have medications on campus to please remember to pick them up by June 4 at 12:00 pm. Any remaining medications on campus past 12:00 pm on June 4th will be destroyed/discarded. If you have any questions please contact the school nurse at 281-641-5005 or kdedo@humbleisd.net

School Supply One Day Summer Sale

Friday, August 10th from 9:00am to 6:00pm school supply packs will be sold at Pine Forest and Park Lakes elementary. Please see below flyer to see which school packs are going to be sold where. To pre-order online before June 24th the Groves School ID is ELE022 on www.educationalproducts.com/shoppacks

If your child is going to 4th or 5th grade and is interested in joining our school choir for the upcoming 2018-2019 school year. Open the attachment and send it quickly because there are only a few spaces left!
