Virtual Conferences

Conferences will be held on Wednesday, October 5th and Thursday, October 6th from 4-7 PM. Use THIS LINK to schedule a virtual conference. We do encourage parents to have regular and ongoing communication with staff outside of the scheduled conference times.

Do something kind for a neighbor or family member and do not tell them that you did it.

Halloween Costumes

I have started getting questions about halloween costumes and realize that families are starting to prepare for the holiday. Please keep the following guidelines in mind when consider costumes that are appropriate for school.

Costumes must:

Leave the face uncovered
Not have any blood, gore, or violence
Allow the student to fully engage in learning
Meet dress code expectations for coverage and content
Inflatable costumes should NOT be worn.

Absences

We appreciate the communication our office is receiving when your child is not able to come to school. In some cases, when information is left on the absent voicemail it may take some time to process and input the information. Please allow us 24 hours to ensure attendance is accurate before calling in to verify attendance. We will continue to do our very best to make sure attendance is accurate and completed in a timely manner. Additionally, please make sure to communicate through the office when your students must be picked up from school. This will help us to ensure your child's safety.

Picture Retakes

Picture retakes will take place during the school day on Thursday, October 13th. If your child has lost their ID card and would like a replacement, please contact Radium Photo at (231) 726-3803.
