The 2021 Hypersomnia Support Retreat will take place on Celebrity's newest ship, the Celebrity APEX. We set sail on April 3, 2021 for a 7 night cruise leaving from Ft. Lauderdale. We invite all those with Idiopathic Hypersomnia (IH), Narcolepsy 1 (N1), Narcolepsy 2 (N2), and Kleine-Levin Syndrome (KLS), and those who love them to join us on our 4th support retreat. We offer dedicated support group meetings and opportunities to connect with other snooze cruisers while participating in other cruise activities, as well as optional group excursions.


Something magical happens when you meet others who are living life "sleepy" and you realize you are NOT ALONE.
