Memorial Day is fast approaching! Please note our full marching band (instrumentalists & guard) will rehearse on the following date to prepare for our Memorial Day parade.

Tuesday, May 23

Rehearsal will be from 3:00 - 5:00pm.

YOU have the chance to win a pair of Eagles tickets for ONE game of the 23 - 24 season! The game will be October 01 @ 1:00 PM vs Washington Commanders.

Tickets will be available to purchase at the June 04 banquet, where the winner will be drawn.

SENIOR INSTRUMENTALISTS/ DRUM MAJORS/ HONOR GUARD:

• After the Memorial Day Parade, you will return ALL uniform components, including: red jacket, black pants, white pants, rain coat, hat, & garment bag.

UNDERCLASSMEN INSTRUMENTALISTS:

• After the Memorial Day Parade, you will return the following uniform components: white pants, rain coat & hat.
• You will return your red jacket, black pants & garment bag after Graduation on June 06.

GUARD:

• After the Memorial Day Parade, you are responsible for cleaning your uniforms per these instructions. Uniforms can then be return Thursday or Friday during school (June 01 or 02).

The marching band (instrumentalists only) will be performing at graduation again this year. Please see below for preliminary information.

DATE: Tuesday, June 06 (rain date: Wednesday, June 07)

TIME: 6:00pm (report time: 4:00pm @ Cottingham)

REHEARSAL: Monday, June 05 (12:00 - 2:00pm @ EAHS instrumental room)

* Seniors attend from 12:00 - 1:00pm; grades 9 - 11 attend from 12:00 - 2:00pm

ATTIRE: Red band jacket; black uniform pants, long black socks; white band shoes

Our annual percussion clinic will take place on June 15 - 16, 2023. This clinic is mandatory for all percussionists for the 2023 - 2024 school year.

This is a reminder the next contribution for the '23 Disney Tour is due May 31. The contribution amount is $375.

The Easton Area High School (EAHS) Instrumental Music Program has a long history of success. The program consists of nearly 380 students in grades 9 – 12 and encompasses marching band, three concert bands, three orchestras, two jazz ensembles, pep band, and pit orchestra.
