1. You MUST re-register your students for bus transportation every year. If you have not done so in parent vue, please do that as soon as possible.

2. Some parents are getting a group of volunteers to take over My Time on May 25th from 2:10 - 3:10. If you are interested in helping out that day, please call or text Mrs. Sandell at 575-640-6642.

3. Huge Thank you to Mrs. Telles who organized the Kettle Corn sale raising another $1,400. Thank you!!!

Our 8th grade celebration will be on May 26th at 6pm. I will send out one more Special Edition Newsletter for the 8th grade celebration.

The last meeting to plan that celebration is:

• May 23rd in person at 6pm at the school to finish up the planning and possible decorations.

May 15th through May 19th.

• The Lego Robotics Team OUT DID themselves! At the FLL Razorback Competition, these kiddos took 4th place on the Alliance Challenge. Incredible!

May 22nd - May 26th

• May 24th - The Top Two Winning Houses, Audaz and Animi, will be heading to the Chihuahua's Baseball Game.

• May 26th - 8th Grade Ceremony @6pm

May 29th - NO SCHOOL MEMORIAL DAY HOLIDAY

May 30th - June 2nd

• June 1st - Water Day and Last day for 6th graders
• June 2nd - Last day of school

The Amazing Shake was a huge success! Thank you so much to all of the parents, volunteers and other community members that partnered with us to host this fun event!! We could not have done it without you!!!

Mesilla Valley Leadership Academy is a 6-8 school of choice here in Las Cruces, New Mexico. Started by Dr. Toni Hull, we are a RCA inspired project-based school. We have five houses who all compete to win the coveted Title of Champions each year.
