We have had a dedicated artist working since Day One on a few projects in Blender: a new software for the kids to make 3-dimensional products. Josua Villa Contreras, a Senior now, has his first project ready to "print" and is in the process of printing it as we speak. This is huge because this is a student working 90 percent independently and on instruction that is quickly paced.

The Lobo Cafe Club will be hosting a table at Back to School Night on September 6th in front of Room 143 (across from the Community Center and next to the cafeteria near the student entrance). Don’t miss out on dessert during Back to School Night… come by and support our club by purchasing yummy Krispy Kreme donuts and amazing Lobo Cafe drinks! (Cash only please) A little about our club: The Lobo Cafe Club is an organization at Littlerock High School that supports students by providing them with opportunities to gain job experience through practice with organization, management, and training of work-related tasks. Students who participate will also be practicing life skills such as food/drink preparation, money skills, and social skills during their coffee cart tasks.

Come join Key Club, fun service projects and Magic Mountain are in our future. Club meets on Thursday, at lunch, in room 201. Everyone is welcome.

The Lobo Closet for the community is back! We have lots of kids clothing to give away for FREE! Come by the Resource Center on Thursday, September 7th between 9am and 4pm and "shop" for clothing, shoes and accessories. We will be set up in the center's courtyard next to the student entrance. Please bring your own bag as we are limited. El Closet Lobo para la comunidad a regresado! Tenemos muchas ropa de niños para regalar! Venga al Centro de Recursos el jueves, de septiembre entre las 9am y las 4pm y lleve ropa, zapatos, y accesorios. Estaremos en el patio del centro enseguida de la entrada de estudiantes. Please come and support our LHS Latino Knowledge Team as we compete in the preliminary round on Thursday, September 13, 5pm, at Palmdale High. If we make it to the top 5, come support us at the final on Friday, September 15, 5pm, at Eastside High.

Attention anyone interested in Girls Golf. If you have never played before, no problem, we will teach you and we have clubs you can borrow. There will be a mandatory meeting in room 117 on Friday at the beginning of lunch . Golf is even more fun with friends so bring your friends!
