Attendance Required by State Law
Reminder that regular school attendance is required by Wisconsin Law for all students kindergarten and up (even when virtual).
Any absences above 10 require a note from a medical practitioner or court.
Students who miss 5 or more days of school without a reported excuse are considered habitually truant.
Habitual truants can be referred to juvenile court where fines and an assigned officer can be issues.
This is why we say every day, in line, and on time!
If you have any questions, please contact the office at 262-359-6362 to be referred to a member of our school attendance team.
Dress for the Weather
Now that the cold weather is here to stay, please be sure your student is prepared for outside recess. We will be going outside everyday unless the temperature is single digits or the wind chill below zero. We regularly see students without hats, mittens, and a coat.
To ensure your student is warm and comfortable, please be sure they are prepared with the winter gear. Some grade levels have more than one recess per day so they need it!
Fresh Fruits & Vegetable Program
Families are encouraged to send a snack to school with their child.
