NBHS Student and Staff Recognition Assembly - November 2nd
Wednesday, November 2nd, we held our Q1 Recognition Assembly in the Dome. Our Q1 Pretzel Hero was Mr. Tanner Shafer. Here is what his nominations said:
Mr. Shafer always helps us in class and gives us tips on how we can do better. He always has our best interest in everything we do. Coach Shafer pushes me to do more and better things in life. He is always there when you need him. He is also great to talk to and is super funny. He has motivated me to be the best version of myself each day by pushing me to work at my full potential. He always makes sure we're in a good mood and checks up on us. He gave me a cookie at lunch. Congratulations Mr. Shafer!

National Honor Society Student Spotlight
For this month we decided to interview some of the Elementary kids that we mentor! The mentoring program is when a group of NHS students go over to the elementary school and hang out with kids from all grades. They were so excited to dress up and take pictures so we found it fitting to ask them some questions!
The questions were:
What is your favorite Halloween candy?
What is your favorite Halloween color?
Check out the kids answers and there super cute Halloween costumes.
