How to run the Student Restrictions Report
This report will let you know which students have restrictions on what their personal information and pictures can and cannot be used for along with other specific restrictions. It is important to keep on hand and up to date. The report can be found under Report Profiles/Student/Enrollment/Student Restrictions
Select your campus, which restriction you are wanting (OR ALL) and the desired sort order.

ALL - includes ALL restrictions available
NONE - will not show any restrictions
Objects to internet usage - NOT USED
Objects to public directory publication - student information not available for use in public posts
Objects to corporal punishment - NOT USED
Objects to emergency medical treatment - nurse only field
Objects to receiving iPad - student does not want a district iPad issued
Objects to district directory publication - student information not available for use in district only posts
The report output will show the campus name the report was run from, student information including ID, name, and grade, along with which restriction pertains to them.

From the Maintain Student entry point
On the left, choose Additional Student/Student Restrictions
From the View Student Information entry point
Below the student's email address at the bottom of the demographics section
