I’m thankful for our entire team’s effort to become an even better One Digi-Key this year. Every single person who has been on a call outside their normally scheduled hours has proven their commitment to do what is needed during this crazy but highly impactful time in Digi-Key’s history. AND – not only have we shown up for the calls, but we’ve all been engaged, asking solid questions, following up on our to-do’s, and making an impact. It’s truly been all of us – thank you to Wendy, Rick, Tiffany and the SharePoint team for all of the ongoing work around MyDKConnect and testing, to the Total Rewards team also for helping us through testing and all of the ‘behind the scenes’ work you are doing, to Becky and the Employee Relations team for testing with us and for your ongoing support, to Heather for keeping us updated, on target and moving forward, to Cathy for continuing to support all recruiting and talent efforts, to the Talent Acquisition team for working so closely with us on talent reviews, to Jess and our L&D squad for testing and culture work, and last but not least, to Cherry, Faye and Claudia who have made our current initiatives around MyDKConnect and Culture at such a high priority – and everyone doing all this amidst other daily work to be done. I’m so grateful and appreciative to be working with each and every one of you. What a team dedicated to global efforts and success!
