Happy Summer!
Come enjoy the pool!
Our pool looks amazing and is incredibly refreshing on summer days!
The pool is open 12 pm -7 pm daily, while a lifeguard or attendant is on duty until September 4.
Structures Update
We have selected a company to complete the repairs on our property after carefully evaluating various proposals. George Apap Painting will be completing the work on our decks and other necessary repairs.
They will be beginning the repairs soon. We will notify you when we know specific dates.

We are aware of maintenance issues we need to complete with fencing on our property and we're now getting estimates for the work. We hope to begin work quickly.
We appreciate your patience as we work to keep our property in top condition. Thank you!

Observe the Posted Speed Limits
Be sure to drive slowly throughout our neighborhood.
We have many people that enjoy walking and they need to be safe to do so.
If a homeowner is reported to be speeding, they will face a $50 fine.
Be Considerate. Pick up after your pet!
Pet owners are expected to be respectful of their neighbors and always clean up after their dogs. This includes the waste bags. Please be sure they make it to the dumpsters.
If a homeowner chooses to ignore these guidelines, they will incur a $25 fine for each violation.
Garbage & Recycling
Be Responsible!
Every time we need to call CRP Sanitation to clear the mess, it affects all of us. It is always an additional cost.
Please be considerate- Call CRP directly if you have larger items to dispose of.

Keep the Sheds Clean!
It's up to each one of us. Keep the garbage & recycling sheds clean!
- Break down the cardboard.
- Don't overflow the receptacles. Use the receptacles in the back.
- Be a good neighbor & keep this area neat & clean.
If you see that the garbage sheds need tidying, please be a good neighbor and do the right thing!
