Free Test Prep

It's not too early to start studying for the SAT or ACT! Beacon of Hope offers free test prep every fall and spring. Click here for more test prep info.

Join us at 6PM on April 1 (this is no joke!) to learn what you can do now to prepare for the college admissions process. Topics include college/career fit, holistic application review, scholarships, financial aid, and more! Register here for the Zoom information.

Volunteer with us!

Learn leadership skills and use creativity for social media outreach with Beacon of Hope advisers! This is a great opportunity for students who enjoy social media to earn volunteer hours while making a positive difference!

Free Tutoring for LCS Students

Get homework help from a high school tutor, college student, or community mentor. There are daytime and evening times available throughout the week.

Academic Support Teams

Attend virtual drop-in sessions or join a study group for chemistry or geo/trig. Beacon of Hope has scholarships for students who qualify.
