Covey Day Funds
Covey Day raised $12,960 for our Adventure Program! The winning Crew that raised the most funds was 6th grade. Congratulations 6th Grade Crew! Thank you to our wonderful Parent Crew for all of their efforts. We especially appreciate the Parent Crew organizers - Heather Flynn, Kristine Petterson, Sarah and Sean Quallen. Thanks to everyone who volunteered, participated and donated! Your support for our Adventure Program allows students to experience activities they might not otherwise get to experience where they learn valuable Crew Traits like courage, respect, empathy and Habits of Scholarship like collaboration, perseverance and responsibility. Our Adventure Program enables students to experience the EL Design principles of collaboration and competition, success and failure, the primacy of self-discovery and the natural world. Thank you for making these wonderful experiences possible for our students.
Picture Make Up Day
If your student missed picture day or needs a retake, make up day is October 24.
Weeding Wednesdays
Join the PPCS Landscape Committee for Weeding Wednesdays before and/or after school pickup (~2:30-3:30)! We’ll have gloves and tools or bring your favorites. We’ll be on the island in the middle of the parking lot- stop by any time and see what the Landscape Committee is up to!
