Congratulations to Mari Blood for being selected as the Greater Texas Ford Dealers 2A Female Athlete of the Month for November. Mari was selected from nominations throughout the state in the 2A classification. Be on the look out for more from this award. Mari will be doing an interview with Rec Renner and that will be available around Dec 15th for viewing. We will also be setting up a time for a Ford Representative to come present Mari with her Athlete of the Month trophy. What a great award for Mari, Mart ISD, and Mart Athletics!

Mart Elementary GT took a trip on an Amtrak train on Friday. Organized by GT Sponsor, Mrs. Kaufmann, the students were bussed to Temple Depot where they explored the old trains parked there. They then boarded the Amtrak train and traveled to McGregor where they were picked back up by the bus and brought back to Mart. It was a great experience for students and staff members alike!
