Feature Actor Visits Mustang High School Theater
Kylr Coffman, 2014 Mustang High School graduate, is in Oklahoma for the premier of his recently released movie, Geo. While he is here, Emily Farnham, MHS Theater Arts Teacher, had him in for a day to meet with all Theater Arts classes to talk about the realities of living as a working actor. He shared great thoughts about his transition from what he called, "a skateboarder who enrolled in theater to follow a girl" to finding his passion and life direction while growing through the Theater Arts program at Mustang High School. He reminded all our students that, "as an artist, you get to be a magician who helps people forget the things that drag them down. You change the world."
