And just like that, the year is already half over...how is it February already? I guess its true what they say, time flies when you're having fun! There is plenty of fun to be had in this month of love and kindness. Drama is in full swing, after school basketball is getting underway, and don't forget about the Valentine's Family Dance coming up on February 10th!

Before School Care

Supervision of students at KES begins each morning after the first bell at 8:40AM. Students should not arrive at school before this time. If your schedule requires your child to be dropped off earlier, please contact the Kitscoty Cabin 4 Kids at 780-846-2228 to enquire about their Before School Care program. Their facility is located on the same property as the school and they will ensure students are properly supervised before school hours.

Lloydminster Boston Pizza

Dine at Boston Pizza and earn cash for Kitscoty Elementary. Lloydminster Boston Pizza has developed a program where families can earn money for Kitscoty Elementary School, simply eat in or take out from Lloydminster Boston Pizza and deliver receipts to Kitscoty Elementary School. KES will earn 5% of receipts that are handed in. Proceeds will go to our Book Bingo.

Piano Lessons

A couple of spots have opened up for piano lessons at the school. If interested, please phone or text Shawn Sunderland at 780 871 1216. Students need a piano or full-sized keyboard (88 keys) at home to practice on. Qualifications: B.A., B. Ed., A.R.C.T., L.T.C.L.
