Thank you Ashley for sharing this message on ConcordU. We want to thank all of you for your flexibility! We know the end of the year is a time that we are stressed, tired, and overwhelmed with schedule changes and special events. We have 10 days left with our kiddos and lots of fun! #wegotthis

Weekly Update

Agenda for Staff meeting on Tuesday at 7:45 can be found here. Please sit with your new teams.
End of quarter is on May 22nd. Report cards are due by midnight on May 29th.
Last day of school on Friday, May 24, will be a half day for all students. As a reminder, no lunch will be served and students will be dismissed at 11:50 AM.
The last contracted day for teachers also will be Friday, May 24.
District’s end-of-year Staff Recognition Ceremony will take place on the afternoon of May 24 at 1:30 PM in District Auditorium.

End of Year To Do's

Turn completed placement cards into office.
End of year checklist: Please print and complete this. You will need to return this to the front office along with required materials no later than Tuesday, May 28th at 4:00 p.m.
Classroom teachers: Please complete this survey to request materials such as planbook, gradebook, special supplies, etc.
All Staff: Please complete this survey with your summer phone number and t-shirt size for back to school.

For those of you packing to move classrooms, there are boxes in the 4th grade hall and packing tape in the "HUB." Dave has asked that all movable shelving be emptied. They cannot shrink wrap the shelves as they become too heavy. In addition, since our building was painted just last summer, they will not be painting any rooms.

Intruder Drill Monday, May 13th at 1:45pm

Surprise Fire Drill at some point

I notified parents about the intruder drill. Please take a moment to prep your students. You will have the chance to lock down or leave the building based on the announcements.

Time to Celebrate!
