High school registration for the 2023-24 school year is open. You may have already completed registration for your elementary and middle school students, and now it is time to register your high school student(s) too. Registration is required every year and is the time to update your student’s information and pay fees. Simply log in and click the registration tab to begin.

To register your child, you must:

• Know ParentVUE login: You will need your ParentVUE login/password to complete registration. Not sure what your login/password is? Call the front office of your oldest child’s school for assistance.

• Review/Update Information: Registration is the time to review/update information about your child, including phone, email, emergency contacts, health data, etc.
• Pay Fees: Families have access to pay all required and optional fees except second-semester course fees.

**Please note that Student/Family/Individual/Feeder Activity Passes are not available for purchase during registration. Watch your email for more information about how to purchase these passes in August.

Thank you for taking the time to register your child and provide important information BVSW needs to plan for the 2023-24 school year.

Students registering for Athletics must have a current participation packet submitted for review before the student is authorized to participate in practice or tryouts. Where applicable, the Physical Examination shall not be taken earlier than May 1 preceding the school year for which it is applicable. There is not a school supply list provided for high school students. Your student will learn what they need for class when they arrive in August and meet their teachers!

It is time to start planning the Blue Valley Southwest 2023-24 yearbook, which will be distributed in May 2024. As the parent of a 2024 senior, you have the special opportunity to place a congratulatory tribute in the book for your student. Deadlines are as follows:

EARLY BIRD ($50 DISCOUNT) - 2 p.m. Aug. 25, 2023

FINAL DEADLINE - 2 p.m. Sept. 15, 2023

Parents: Don’t forget to pre-order your 2024 yearbook when registering your student. Cost is $50 and you can order online through Synergy ParentVue. Deadline to order is Jan. 10, 2024.

The Blue Valley Southwest Girls Basketball program is having its back-to-school camp coming up in August.

Monday, 8/7 thru Wednesday, 8/9, from 9:00AM-11:00AM, at BVSW.

• Incoming grades 2nd-8th; all skill levels welcome.
• $60 / participant.
• “Hustle Award” winners chosen daily.
• Instruction led by BVSW coaches/players.

We have merged our previous Membership program and Invest in Southwest into a new, multi-level donation program called SUPPORT SOUTHWEST!

Each level has different perks (think t-shirts and a popcorn bucket to use for free popcorn at home games)!

Donations to Support Southwest help us provide Teacher Grants, programming and Community Spirit activities throughout the year.
