Wildcat Unity Day: Friday, May 20
NYS Math Assessment Grades 3-4- April 27- April 28
Our Grade 3 and Grade 4 students will be participating in the New York State Math assessments on Wednesday, April 27 and Thursday, April 28 as this is a two-day assessment. Please make sure your children have a good breakfast (always) and arrive at school on time.
Make-up tests will be held on the days following the assessment for any student that was absent.

Budget Hearing for 2022-2023
Superintendent David C. Bills, along with Assistant Superintendent for Management Services Christine DeMass, will be giving a visual presentation to explain the proposed 2022-2023 school budget on May 4, 2022 during the Budget Public Hearing at 6:00 p.m. in the West Genesee High School Library and via Livestream. The public is invited to attend this presentation.
The Budget Vote will take place on May 17, 2022. Polls will be open from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. in the West Genesee High School Auditorium Lobby; so please mark your calendars!

Save the Date. The book fair is coming May 10-12 for the Spring Buy One Get One Free sale! We are excited to offer family hours to shop the evening of open house. Stay tuned for details.
There is still time to participate in the PTA’s East Hill Fun Hunt!
Grab your paw print and head to all the clue locations, snap a picture then email the PTA to earn a free ice cream from Charlee’s!

SEPTSA
West Genesee has a Special Education Parent Teacher Student Association (SEPTSA). SEPTSA was founded in 2009 to promote advocacy and education in the area of special education. We host meetings, events, and speakers throughout the year in an effort to continuously improve the special education experience in our district. SEPTSA membership is open to any student, parent, teacher, administrator, or community member interested in inclusion.
