Thanksgiving Break
This week was a very short school week as we only had classes on Monday and Tuesday. We still continued to learn in our classrooms despite the short week. It's now time for our Thanksgiving Break, a time to be thankful for all that we have and all that we are able to do. If you are traveling over Thanksgiving Break, I wish you safe travels, a chance to relax with family and friends, and we'll see the kids back at school on Monday, November 26th.

Community Giving Tree
“To give love is to have it returned to you.” That’s what it means to be part of the Community Caring tree. Holiday wishes or needs are noted on gift tags and placed on the tree located in front of the Intermediate School office. Those who wish to participate remove a tag, purchase the desired gift, wrap it and affix the tag to the package and then return the gift to the school. The gifts are then sorted and distributed to families in our community. The community giving tree is on display in the Intermediate School commons now. Wrapped gifts are due in the office by Friday, December 14th.
Half day next Friday
We return to school next Monday for a four and a half day week. Friday, November 30th is a half day with a noon release. No lunch will be served. We will end the calendar year with three full five day weeks before Winter Break begins on Saturday, December 22nd.
