Welcome Back Night
On Thursday, September 29th from 6:00 - 8:00 PM, we will host our annual Welcome Back Night. We look forward to meeting our families.
As a reminder, the evening is intended for adults, but we are aware that securing day care can be difficult.
- Teachers will request families to sign up for parent teacher conferences to be held in November.
- Our PTO, Scouts, and Girl Scouts will have a table in the lobby area.
- Title I and EL Staff will be in the lobby with information
- A table booth will be setup to assist families in downloading the new APS App, so please bring your phone/device with you.
- Book Fair will be set up in the library (Volunteers are welcome and appreciated)
Rooms Communication Tool
You may notice that an additional button, called Rooms, will be visible at the bottom right of our Attleboro Public Schools mobile app. This button is part of our integrated system of communication and will allow for your child’s teachers/coaches/and other staff to share detailed information (assignments, special events, practice schedules, etc.). More information is forthcoming, and we will have a table set up at Welcome Back Night.
Lunch Applications
Lunch applications can be found on the Food Services website, including the online application, a downloadable version in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, and a link to access all other languages. Please note that even the online application can be completed in many languages. Direct link can be found here: https://www.attleboroschools.com/page/food-services

Hello Willett Families!
There are lots of fun things coming up in the weeks ahead! Please take a minute to read through all the exciting things happening on the PTO end:
Scholastic Book Fair
Willett’s Scholastic Book fair is happening this Monday, September 26th through Friday, September 30th and we are looking for some parents to help throughout the week. If you have availability and are willing to volunteer, take a look at the needed time slots and sign up here: https://www.signupgenius.com/go/805054bafa82fa2fc1-wesbook
Meadow Farms Fundraiser
We are a week into our Meadow Farms fundraiser and are only at about 15% of our goal of raising $6,000 for Willett to support our events, enrichment programs and field trip buses! The wonderful part about the Meadow Farms fundraiser is that 35%-40% of all sales is given directly back to the school. A win-win; get some Holiday shopping done while also earning money that will directly support our children and their school! The fundraiser is open through October 11th!
If you haven’t already, make sure to follow these easy steps to get started:
1). Visit meadowfarms.com/register and create your account
2). Use your email address and create a desired password
3). Add your seller with our Group ID: 1030176
4). Share your seller's store by text, email and social media!
Congrats to Aurora Gerard, our weekend raffle winner!
Next challenge: All students with sales over $200 by Wednesday, September 28th will be entered in to win a GameStop gift card. Good luck!
Fall Festival
Our Fall Festival is right around the corner and sure to be a fun time! The event will be taking place at Willett on Saturday, October 15th from 11-2pm.
Teachers have sent home communication about their specific themed classroom raffle basket. These baskets will be auctioned off at our upcoming Fall Festival! Please consider donating an item that fits your child’s classroom theme by October 1st. If you don’t have time to shop, feel free to donate via cash or check (payable to Willett PTO) and we will shop for you! All proceeds from the raffle will go directly to the school!
Volunteers Needed!!
It certainly takes a village to make these events successful and we are in dire need of help for the Fall Festival!! Please take a look at our sign-up genius and consider volunteering for 60 minutes of your morning or afternoon: Fall Festival 2022
Thank you for your support!
Fondly,

APS Welcome Center
The APS Welcome Center is happy to share the Family and Community Resource Guide. This guide is for the APS Community, including families, students, and staff, to access local resources and support. You can access the guide by visiting the Welcome Center webpage, or using this direct link:
Community Flier Summary
All APS Community Fliers can be found within the Welcome Center website. To view this week’s fliers, including information from throughout Attleboro please visit the Welcome Center webpage or click here for current fliers.
Our new website and App:
Please go to the App store and search Attleboro Public Schools. There is a new app which will be an excellent means of finding information in one location. You will see updates both from the district and our school. As we use this new tool, administration will be using less of the ASPEN email function.
