HOMEBOUND
A doctor must request homebound services when appropriate, and these requests must be sent to Central Office for approval.
Please contact Debbie Graham at Central Office for information regarding paperwork and procedure for homebound services in case of an extended absence due to illness or a health concern: dgraham(at)rockingham.k12.va.us or (540) 564-6108.
A student must miss 10 days of school before he/she can qualify for homebound services, and
homebound is approved for only nine weeks at a time; any requests beyond a nine-week period will require parents/guardians to reapply
