Any interested students (and adults) may perform acts of community service. Just complete the service then fill out the service voucher describing the community service performed. For every hour of community service, SMS Sparrow Club Sponsors will donate to Sparrow Club for Avery H. This year’s goal is 300 hours which will unlock $3,000 for Avery’s family.
Sparrow Club: The Sparrow Clubs program teaches life lessons in compassion and selflessness through building relationships between our Sparrow family, the student body, and our community. Sparrow Club encourages and empowers kids to help others through charitable service in their community. Through community and business partnership, completed service hours provide financial support and encouragement to Avery and his family. Meetings will be one Tuesday per month beginning December 14th running through May 17. Advisors will be Mrs. Scott and Mrs. Cazares.
