With Thanksgiving vacation on the horizon (We only have Monday and Tuesday classes next week), many students will be missing school. Please let Mrs. Emmerich know by either calling her (538-1130) or sending an email (emmerichb@merton.k12.wi.us) in advance of your vacation. As per School Board policy, homework is not given in advance. Students can find work that they've missed either in Google Classroom or Skyward or they can get their work upon their return to school. Thanks for your cooperation.

December will be here before you know it and with it will come Hour of Code! This year we are aiming to provide all of our students with a coding experience and are asking for your help. If you are willing to volunteer in a classroom assisting with student activities (does not require prior coding experience) the week of December 5-9 or come talk to our students about your career in a field relating to computer science, coding, robotics, etc. on December 14th, please contact Mrs. Iwanski at iwanskim@merton.k12.wi.us.

You are cordially invited to Lake Country Schools (LCS) FIRST Tech Challenge (FTC) Robotic Team's Open House on Wednesday, December 7th from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m.

LCS FTC team The Knack will provide a brief presentation about what FTC is all about, provide demonstrations with this year's robot and answer questions about this year's game, our robot design, programming and any other questions you may have. Here is a link to an informational flyer.
