Take Home Tuesday November 7th
Be Responsible. Be Respectful. Be Safe.
Happy Month of Remembrance!
Reminders & Changes:
- No School on November 10th, 20th-24th
- Fruit of the Spirit this month is PEACE, a deep and abiding inner serenity that comes from a close relationship with God, reconciliation, and harmonious relationships with others.I
- If the high for the day is less than 50 degrees, ALL students are now required to wear pants or leggings (black, navy or grey) with their skirts.
- Thank you for reminding students there are NO devices allowed at school (started Monday, 11/6). If a student brings a device, they can bring it to the front office to be safely locked in a drawer during the day and picked up at dismissal to be kept in their backpack until they leave campus. If a device is out, it will be confiscated and the parent or guardian will have to meet with the principal to retrieve it. Please reach out with any questions or concerns.
As always, the school staff and myself appreciate the continuous support of our school families and appreciate any thoughts or feedback.
Peace be with you this week!

A Christmas Carol
Performed by Gerald Dickens
Our 4th - 8th graders got to see Gerald Dickens and his one-man performance of A Christmas Carol on Monday, November 6th! As the great-great-grandson of Charles Dickens, this was an amazing experience for our students for which we are incredibly grateful. Thank you to the Douglas County Historical Society for funding this opportunity!
Order by Wednesday, 11/8! Search for your child's art using Art Search! Enter state, school name (Cecilia), and your student's name. Your student's art and code will appear. All orders get shipped directly to the buyer. Delivery time takes 2-3 weeks, so items would be great Christmas gifts!
