It is now more important than ever that we show our support to our Bobcat Community. Because of YOU and any donation you can make, we are able to provide programs and technology that DIRECTLY benefits your student at Santa Rita. Local and State funding alone does not provide the educational opportunities we value as a community and our children deserve.
The PTA at Santa Rita is responsible for funding:
- community events
- art and music programs
- classroom technology
- teacher development
- STEM supplies
- Student's classroom back to school supplies
- AND SO MUCH MORE!
We couldn't provide any of this without YOUR support!
SUPPORT YOUR BOBCAT NOW with a tax-deductible donation of $325 or more per child. Any donation counts, no matter the amount and it's all for our BOBCATS!
LETTER FROM YOUR PRINCIPAL
Happy Thursday Bobcats
Hello Bobcats Families!
I am so excited about Grandfriend's Day tomorrow! We have so many people signed up! Though it does not start until 8:45, I hope many come to our Friday Assembly tomorrow. To view the program of the day, please see the flyer here. All events will be outside in the 6th grade park.
LAEF Donation Campaign
Consider making a donation ato LAEF (Los Altos Educational Foundation). LAEF provide valuable programs and teachers to Santa Rita and the LASD community. These essential funds support all Santa Rita students, teachers, staff, and families in impactful ways. Your contributions to LAEF direct donation drives are a meaningful way to support a well-rounded educational experience. Every little bit counts - thank you!
NATIONAL HISPANIC HERITAGE MONTH - September 15th-October 15th
To honor National Hispanic Heritage Month, you may want to visit the Peralta Adobe. Built in 1797, the Peralta Adobe is the last remaining structure from El Pueblo de San José de Guadalupe, also known as Pueblo Numero Uno. See the Adobe’s horno, an outside working oven, or venture inside the home and see two rooms furnished as they might have been when they were occupied by the Gonzales and Peralta families.
Stay Bobcat Strong!
