It's May (Yay!)

It's May, we're getting close to the finish line, and here at Silas Willard we want to finish strong! Our final Spring Benchmarking tests begin this week and next and we want our students to, "Show their Grow." We want students to see just how far they have come from September and how much they have learned as well! Let's help our students finish strong!

May Weather

As you all know, the weather has been, let's just say, unpredictable! Even though we are in May, please continue to check weather forecasts for rain, cold temperatures, and (here's hoping) warmer weather!

Showing Kindness and Respect

Two of the main themes the Wildcats have been working on in our day to day at school is working on showing kindness and respect. It's been really awesome to see our Wildcats find ways to make others feel great by being kind and respectful to others, themselves, and the world around us!

Silas Willard Ice Cream Social Friday, May 13th, 5:30-7:30pm

Please come join us for the return of our Ice Cream Social on Friday, May 13th from 5:30-7:30. We will have the GHS Jazz band and GHS choir here to perform as well as a number of activities for families to enjoy. We are also recruiting help and dessert donations for the ice Cream Social as well. Flyers were sent home with your students for helping as a volunteer and/or for a dessert donation for the event. We thank you for your time and donations!
