2018 ISTEP correction Update:
We were notified by the IDOE that on 12:01 a.m ET Monday, January 14, Pearson disabled access to ISTEP+ Spring 2018 results in Parent Portal. If you would like a copy of your student's ISTEP+data, you will want to visit the site and download it. The website can be found by clinking the link below:
Pacers Dream Big Challenge
The Indiana Pacers and Honda Manufacturing of Indiana have teamed up to present the Dream Big Initiative. The Dream Big Initiative celebrates the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day. , Black History Month, and the countless African-Americans, whose contributions have opened doors for people not only in the United States, but around the world. The Pacer's organization has shared this promo video (Click here for video) to support this contest that that was designed exclusively for MSD Warren 4th-9th graders.
We are very excited to show the Pacers the talents of our MSD Warren students.
Missoula Children's Theater Coming Soon

The Warren Arts and Education Foundation invites Warren Township Students K-8 to audition for King Arthur’s Quest directed by Missoula Children’s Theater. Auditions are Monday February 4th @ 4:30pm in the auditorium at Creston Middle School, 10925 E Prospect Street. Students who are cast must be available to rehearse Monday Feb 4th- Friday Feb 8th from 4:30-9:00pm and ALL day Saturday Feb. 9th for dress rehearsal and performances at 3 and 7p.m. This opportunity is free to students, there is a $5.00 admission fee to attend performances on Saturday. Fall Sports Update
The 7th grade girls basketball team lost to Stonybrook this week. The 8th grade girls basketball team went 1-1 this past week defeating Tindley and losing to Stonybrook.
The wrestling team went 1-1 this past week. They defeated Stonybrook and lost to Greenfield-Central.
Reminder that swimming practice is Monday through Thursday each week starting at 7 pm at Warren Central High School. Please enter door 14.
Spring sports will be here before you know it! Boys and girls track, girls tennis, baseball and softball will all start on Monday, March 4. Be sure to have a physical on file if you plan to tryout or join any of those teams.
Track pre-season conditioning will continue on Tuesdays and Thursday every week after winter break. It will be after school until 4:30 pm. Athletes staying for conditioning will be expected to ride the activity bus home on those nights. You must have a physical on file with Mr. Treesh if you are planning to stay for conditioning. Questions may be directed to Mr. Treesh, Athletic Director, or Mr. Peckham, track coach.

How important is attendance for student success?
We do understand that there are situations that arise where an absence can't be prevented. Please help communicate those reasons to the school by calling the main line at 532-6800 between 6:00-7:00 a.m. to report the absence.
Excused Absences Include:
1. Personal illness or injury (please drop off physician's notes to front desk)
2. Death in the immediate family
3. Attendance at a family funeral
4. Religious observances required by church officials
5. Serving as a page in the legislature
6. Court appearance/court detention
7. Working at polls
