Message from Mr. Imbusch

Dear students and parents/guardians:

Final exams started today and will run through next Wednesday, June 14th (see schedule attached).

For those students who are notified that they are eligible for summer school, the registration form is attached. Also, this is the last call for the Summer Film class.

Walpole High School Summer Reading: Students are expected to read one book from the Summer Reading List. They will meet in the fall in book groups to discuss their summer reading book. Students should use this form to enter their selected book.

This will be the last regular eNote, but we will be in touch over the summer when scheduling information, etc becomes available. Until then, I hope everyone has a wonderful summer!

50th Annual Walpole Road Race, Labor Day, September 4th

Registration is now open! Don’t miss this historic event! Sign-up now for the 5K, 10K, or highly-popular Youth Mile. All proceeds support the 200+ athletes in the Walpole High School Cross Country and Track & Field programs. Each race participant will receive a finisher’s medal. If you register before August 15th, you’ll also receive a free race t-shirt! Can’t join us live? No problem. We have virtual editions for both the 5K and 10K races. WHS Robotics Club

The Walpole High Robotics Club will be running their bottle/can drive Saturday June 10th from 9AM - 1:00PM. It will be set up in front of the Plimpton Building that is across the parking lot from Walpole High School. Please bring any bottles or cans you may have leftover from graduation parties and any others that you may have stored. The Robotics Club would appreciate the donations greatly to support the club. Any amount helps and supports us in building our robot for competition season and traveling to World Championships in Houston, TX.
