Today, our entire student body and nearly all of our staff at the Intermediate School saw the movie "Wonder". Some of you may ask why we would do this. The main purpose was to kick off our theme for the rest of the school year- Choose Kind. At each of our remaining assemblies throughout the school year will have Choose Kind as the theme. Our teachers will highlight this theme in all of our classrooms. I will be working with our lunch and recess supervisors to recognize choosing kind, too. I would like to think that a majority of our students do choose kind already. My hope is that, given the added focus in our classrooms, during lunch and recess, and in our assemblies, that choosing kind will be the only choice our students make, both here at school and elsewhere.
