We are seeing an increase in our enrollment numbers. Currently USD is at 4,124 for total student enrollment. That number increases to 4,379 when you add preK.

PHASE V: Final report and findings provided to the DELT and BOE (Spring 2023)

NEW DEI EQUITY INITIATIVES

Diversity Champions:

• Monthly recognition of people doing great equity work.

• Two Diversity Grand Champions recognized at the end of the year for their work with DEI.

Affinity Groups: Affinity groups, also known as employee resource groups, are employee-led groups organized based on social identity, shared characteristics, or life experiences.

• Employees are encouraged to create safe spaces to support, understand and share resources across the district.

NATIONAL CALENDAR OF OBSERVATIONS

The calendar includes significant religious observances of the major faiths represented in the

United States. It can be used when planning school exam schedules and activities, workplace

festivities and community events.
