Study Time is up and running! It will take place from 2:30 - 3:00 p.m. on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays in 4/5. Teachers will will walk students to parent pick up and after school afterwards.
Progress Reports will be coming home next Wednesday, September 20th.
Art Club is beginning! It will take place on Fridays from 2:30-3:15 in the art room with Mr. Marren.

Reading:
Read a “just right” text for a total of 150 minutes per week.

Math:
We use the student's math packets and goal trackers every day at school. Please make sure these remain in the student's take home folder.
Both 4th and 5th math are working in Unit 1 of our curriculum. To find out more about the 4th grade Unit 1 click here. For 5th grade, click here.
This year, P.K. teachers are implementing a new version of our math curriculum, Investigations 3. All 4th grade students are invited to participate in an evaluation study. Please read this attached letter and ask any questions you have to your students math teacher before agreeing for your child to be in the study.
Science:
Optional Home Investigations will be coming home later in your student's science unit. They can also be found here.
Writing:
Have your child read their chosen draft out loud to you in their Unit 2 Draft Document or Unit 2 Published Piece document.
