Virtual Student Textbook/Material collection begins the week of May 24. All textbook/materials must be returned to your homeschool. If you are in doubt as to what to return or have questions on what your student still has at home, please contact your homeschool. It is important to turn in materials by Friday, June 4th, to avoid being charged for their replacement. **Virtual fully students NOT returning to Warren in the Fall should begin returning their technology (including hotspots) beginning, Friday, May 28th.

MSD of Warren Township will continue to offer a virtual learning option for the 2021-2022 school year. Enrollment in the 2021-2022 K-8 Virtual / 9-12 Online Learning Program is limited to a select number of students, and an application is required. Families who wish to participate are encouraged to apply as soon as possible.

Student devices will be sent home on a nightly basis with all students, providing additional technology access at home. Please be sure the following steps are taken each evening as you prepare your student for the next school day:

- Students should remain signed in to their Apple account

- iPad & keyboard is cleaned on a daily basis

- iPad is fully charged

- iPad & keyboard are placed in book bag each evening

We appreciate your support and help in preparing your student for success. As always, please reach out to your teacher for additional questions.

Please remember to communicate with the school if your son or daughter is experiencing symptoms consistent with COVID-19 or has been tested for COVID-19. In both of these situations, we ask that you keep your child at home until the symptoms have gone away or you have received the results of the COVID test.

We are expanding our technology help desk hours at Moorhead Community Resource Center! Our new hours will be Monday-Friday from 7:30 - 8:30 a.m. and 11:00 - 1:00 p.m. K-4 VIRTUAL students with iPad issues should be brought here. Chromebooks can still be brought to any of the three Intermediate Middle Schools during school hours, 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., Monday - Friday,, or the Chromedesk at the High School during 1st and 2nd period, Monday - Friday. If you cannot access the above times and locations for some reason, you can also submit a help ticket through IncidentIQ here.

Moorhead technology help desk is located at door 11 at the rear of the building near the playground. Please drive through the gate on the west side of the building and, after parking, enter door 11 for assistance.
