Voting Process for this Special Election
Ballots Are Mailed to All Registered Voters who Live in CPS!
On April 17, the Platte County Election Office mailed ballots to all registered voters who live in the Columbus Public School District. Every registered voter in a household will receive the ballot.
To Complete the Ballot:
- Use a black pen to mark your ballot with your vote next to either "Yes" or "No".
- Return the ballot in the envelope provided.
- Seal the envelope.
- Sign the envelope.
To Return Your Ballot:
- USPS Mail
- Put a .63 cent stamp on the provided envelope and return it in the USPS mail.
- Designated Election Ballot Drop Box
- Platte County Courthouse, on the south side of the building

If you do not return a ballot your vote will NOT be counted.
