A note from Ms. Walsh
Happy “fake Friday” Mountain View! I hope everyone is enjoying the warmer weather today. My favorite blog was on Good Morning America this morning! Check out the linked clip to learn about their new documentary: “Screenagers: Under the Influence.”
As we continue to support CASA of Morris and Sussex Counties (Court Appointed Special Advocates), we are sharing details about their photo contest, “Capture the Moment for CASA.”
It is open to both amateur and professional photographers of all ages. Winners are determined by the highest number of votes received from the public. Each vote requires a $10 donation to CASA of Morris and Sussex Counties. In addition to “bragging rights,” winners in each of three categories will receive a $350 gift card to Unique Photo, a one-stop shop for all things photography located in Fairfield, NJ and Philadelphia, PA and online at www.uniquephoto.com.
More info on this contest can be found in the flyer below.
All funds raised will assist the organization to fulfill their mission of being a strong voice for the best interests of vulnerable children in the foster care system who have been removed from their homes due to abuse, neglect, or abandonment.
Next week, Mountain View will honor Autism Awareness Month by wearing blue on Friday 4/14, and having a special Advisory lesson! Enjoy your long weekend!
