Changing weather
Fall is officially here! Please make sure to double-check the weather in the morning to dress your students accordingly.

Absence Reporting
We now have three different ways to report an absence.
- Report an absence online by clicking on this link.
- Call the Office at 720-652-8101
- Email our Attendance Clerk, Nicole Lee at lee_nicole@svvsd.org
We are required to verify absences that are not reported. Please help us with this requirement by notifying us as soon as possible so that we do not have to bother you at home or at work.
Thank you for your cooperation as we are committed in keeping your child and our staff members health and safety a priority.
Communication with Students During Class Hours
We understand that you want to ensure the well-being of your child while they’re at school and we appreciate the convenience of cell phones and smartwatches for quick communication, however, we kindly request that students do not use these devices to contact parents during class hours if they are not feeling well. Instead, we encourage them to follow the school's protocol:
1. In case of illness, students should inform their teacher.
2. Our health office is equipped to provide assistance to students who are not feeling well. Students should visit the health office, where our staff will evaluate their condition and take appropriate action.
3. If necessary, the health office will contact parents or guardians directly to discuss any health concerns or arrange for pickup.
By adhering to this procedure, we can ensure the safety and well-being of all our students while minimizing disruptions to the learning environment.
Thank you for entrusting us with your child's education and health. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact the office.
Thank you!

For those who are new to our school, the Fall Festival is a feast of carnival games and competitions. It is held at the school, and students and parents are encouraged to dress in costumes. Our goal each year is to put on a wonderful, family oriented event. The Fall Festival is always such a huge success because of the support we receive from LEE!
Each game gives students a chance to win either tickets for prizes or stickers.

-Volunteer to help before, during or after the festival.
Keep an eye out for a volunteer sign up coming soon!!

The cupcake walk is a Fall Festival favorite! Please bring in your baked goods
