Do you have a coat, snow pants or boots that your child has outgrown but are still in great shape? We sometimes have students who forget to bring these items to school. We always have loaner items available, but we are missing some sizes. If you have items to donate, please send them in to the primary office and we will put them to good use! Please be sure to send your child's teacher an email so that we know the item is meant to be donated to our loaner collection!

Order your child a grade level t-shirt. Each grade level has their own color. Shirts are a great bargain at only $8 each and the profits will support our PBIS program at Big Hollow Primary School. Order forms were sent home with students. Extra copies are available on the Big Hollow Primary Website or call the school office and we can send an extra copy home with your child. Orders are due by Wednesday, December 19.

Our school hours this year are 8:45 am -3:30 pm. The earliest time for drop off is 8:30 am. When using the drop off lane, please be sure that students exit the vehicle on the curb side. Parents may not exit the vehicle. Be sure students only exit when your car is parked between the two crosswalks. We can best ensure the safety of all students, parents, and staff when our drop off procedures are followed.

If you are picking up your child from school, you must notify the school office by 2:15 pm. You can call earlier in the day, or even, days ahead of time. It is also very helpful to send your child's teacher a note in the agenda or an email.

If you have an emergency situation occur after 2:15 pm, please notify the office and an exception will be made.

Golf Outing Committee

BIKE TO SCHOOL Committee

We will be working with community members on planning our first BIKE TO SCHOOL day on May 8, National Bike to School Day! This will be a GREAT event and we'll need plenty of help planning and carrying it out! We'd love your input in planning the event!
