Welcome Home Charles Wheeler
Charles Wheeler, who recently returned from deployment in Saudi Arabia, brought back a flag flown on base while stationed overseas. Mr. Wheeler presented the flag to Ava McSlarrow for the honor and grace she sings the National Anthem at our home basketball games.
MS Competes at First Lego League State
Saturday, November 9 both the Lego Warriors and the Lego Legacy traveled to Stillwater to compete in the FIRST Lego League State competition on the campus of Oklahoma State University. Although neither team won any awards, they both improved their robot scores from the Regional competition. It was a great experience for each team member as they not only competed with their robots, but they also presented their ‘Fishing Festival’ and “Movie in a Box’ projects.
Congratulations to both teams for a great season!
Serving our MVP Students
One of BHE's early childhood students, Norah, got to experience meeting the school's pets: Millie the goldendoodle, Spike the bearded lizard and Willis the hairless guinea pig. She had a blast meeting these sweet animals. Thanks to Mrs. Wengerd, Officer Allen and Mrs. Russell for bringing your animals to visit us.
BHE Warrior Way
Warrior Way winners were Rhett Kennell, Ella Hensley, Jhaxx Fulton, William Sanders and Taylin Weyen. Congratulations to our big winners and sharing their Warrior HEART with our school.
