Stacey Alioto
A recognized leader in the Financial Services and Banking industry, Stacey Alioto offers a strong discipline and capability around delivery of complex change and transformation. As the HSBC Head of Change Delivery in the US, Stacey leads the Change Function which is known for consistently delivering results by aligning key transformation and technology initiatives with business objectives. In this capacity, Stacey is responsible for governing, shaping and implementing strategic initiatives for the U.S. Bank.
In her prior role at HSBC, as Senior Vice President of Americas Transaction Office, she was responsible for overseeing the planning and delivery strategy for the U.S. and Latin America divestiture transactions.
Stacey has over 18 years of experience in the financial industry and has held a number of key leadership roles within the Business, Operations and Technology.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
Stacey resides in the Chicagoland area with her husband and two sons. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends and has recently found joy in taking up snowshoeing given the long and cold winter months.
Scott Claus
Scott Claus is a Partner at Capco in the Technology group in North America and member of the Deal Architecture Team (DAT). He helps CIO and IT leaders to rebuild their IT organizations and refine IT delivery processes. Scott has executed a variety of financial services IT strategy engagements, and led a number of large-scale systems implementation efforts, both onshore and offshore.
Scott is actively involved in the development of Capco's thought leadership and has recently authored "Architecture as a Service" and "Onshore Delivery Center Services".
Scott has over 18 years of IT consulting experience with many leading financial institutions. He was formerly an IT Advisory Partner at KPMG. Before this, he led the Financial Services Technology practice of a leading global consulting firm, and was the technology practice leader for an e-business consulting firm and offshore service provider.
Shari Harley
Shari Harley runs Candid Culture, a training and consulting firm making it easier to tell the truth at work. Shari is bringing candor back to the workplace. Before launching her business Shari led leadership development training for OppenheimerFunds, conducted customer service training for American Century Investments, and facilitated for Dale Carnegie Training. Shari is the author of the book How to Say Anything to Anyone, has a master’s degree in Communication, and taught leadership development at the University of Denver. Shari’s practical approach has led her to speak and train in Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, India, Dubai and Australia. From ‘Making Meetings Work’ and ‘Delegating Better’ to ‘Managing Your Career’ and ‘Saying Anything to Anyone,’ Shari’s tips are sure to delight and inform in a real, direct and very funny way. Jennifer Prosek
Jennifer Prosek is the founder and CEO of Prosek Partners, a leading international public relations and financial communications consultancy with offices in New York, Connecticut and London. Prosek built the firm using a management strategy she developed called an "Army of Entrepreneurs." The "Army" model is the subject of her first book, Army of Entrepreneurs: Create an Engaged and Empowered Workforce for Exceptional Business Growth, which will be published in February 2011.
Prosek and Prosek have won numerous honors. Prosek was named an Inc. 5000 Fastest-Growing company, has been recognized as one of the "Top Places to Work in PR" by PR News, and was named "Small Agency of the Year" by The Holmes Report. Prosek was a finalist for the 2010 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award. She was also named an "Emerging Power Player" by PR Week magazine, which lauded her for "combining an MBA education and instinct." She is a member of the Arthur Page Society, which includes chief communications officers from major corporation and CEOs of leading public relations agencies.
Prosek lectures frequently at leading business schools, including Columbia, and entrepreneurial and business groups, such as the Yale Chief Executive Leadership Institute. She is a graduate of Miami University of Ohio and the Columbia Business School. She lives in New York City and Westport, Conn with her husband and daughter.
Eva Pittas
Eva Pittas is the Head of Information Technology Risk & Control at Institutional, Clients Group at Citi with over 25 years of experience leading multi-million dollar organizations and projects across global environments. She has a large scale global track record for Financial Planning and Analysis and Risk and Control Management resulting in organizational optimization, cost reduction, and improvement in business risk profiles.
Eva was a founding member and Co-Chair of the O&T Women’s Leadership Council and was instrumental in developing its mission and strategic priorities. She is now on the WLC Executive Committee and is the MD Sponsor for three critical and impactful programs; the Developing Talent Program, now in its 13th year; the Emerging Talent Program, and the Metrics Committee.
Eva holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from New York University where she majored in Finance and minored in Psychology. Eva is based in New York and currently lives in Long Island with her husband and their six children.
