Now that we're in the heart of December, Winter break is in sight! Winter sports are off to a great start and student clubs are in full swing. This week starts state testing with English 10 MCAP. These tests are very important for students and the school so make sure to do your best. Mr. Oberdorf has been sending out testing information and you can email him with any questions.

• Congratulations to Wilson Clough for earning second alternate for the state ensemble for chorus
• The Federalsburg Christmas parade is Monday at 7pm. Come see our wonderful band perform!
• The head of Fine Arts for MSDE visited CRHS last Monday and was very impressed with out music, theater and art classes!
• English 10 MCAP testing will take place this week.

Graduation Spotlight Class of 2024

Hello Seniors and Families!

If you still have not ordered your cap and gown, here’s how you can:

1. Order online at www.jostens.com - credit card

2. Call 1-800-JOSTENS and order by phone - credit card

3. Fill out the order form (your senior was given this), with credit card information included, and mail to

1. Fill out the order form (your senior was given this) and submit to Mrs. France; payment will need to be made to Jostens by March 1, 2024

2. Mrs. France can place the order at school. Just have your senior find me…. THIS IS FOR CAP AND GOWN ONLY, NOT THE OTHER SUPPLIES.

Other senior supplies are optional - clothing, jewelry, announcements, thank you notes, etc… and are also able to be purchased through Jostens.

Seniors are strongly encouraged to place orders before December 31, 2023. Prices will increase in 2024!!

POLAR BEAR PLUNGERS!!!! Amazing support. I am confident that we will be able to take two buses, which means spots are open. This means that spots are open for people who have turned in some of the requirements and also to those who still want to go. I would like to have an official count by 12/22. So this is what you need to:

1. Make sure you have turned in both permission slips to Mr. Shelly by 12/22
