Library Books/Fees: Overdue library books and fees need to be taken care of by May 25th at end of day. Mrs. Turbes emailed parents last week regarding any books still checked out. This is the perfect time to empty out those backpacks to see what you find.
2. Lunch Accounts: If your family has a positive lunch account, we will roll that over to next year. If your family has a negative lunch account, this must be paid by May 31st. If you are not returning next year and have a positive lunch balance, we can roll this over to another family or we can issue you a refund check. Please let us know your preference.
3. Used Uniform Drop Off: If you would like to donate gently used uniforms, you can bring those to the office June 3-14 from 8 AM - 12 PM.
4. Medicine: All medicine will go home with students on Wednesday, May 24.
5. Summer Office Hours: We are closed Memorial Day and then open Monday-Friday from 8 AM - 12 PM until June 14. The office will reopen on August 1st and all phone messages and emails will be returned after that date.
6. Enrollment for 23-24: If you have not yet re-enrolled your child(ren) for next year, we will be making them non-current in our database starting May 26th.
7. Children's Scholarship Fund: These award letters will be mailed directly to you the first week of July.
8. Parish Tuition Assistance: These award letters will be emailed directly to from Blackbaud by May 31st, letting you know if you were awarded additional support for the 23-24 year.
9. Classroom Assignments: These will be emailed out by June 14th, along with all supply lists. We are not doing Move Up Day this year to help protect instructional time.
10. Lost and Found: The lost and found bins will be emptied and donated on the end of day on May 25. If you need to come and check for sweaters, lunchboxes, etc. please do so before then.
