Dear community,
Welcome back from February Break!
Have you noticed? Spring is starting to appear. Tiny flowers are beginning to peek out of the ground (and even the snow) - a reminder that warmer temps and sunnier skies are on their way. Here's to getting back into the swing of things this week.
In community,

Establish a Routine and Stick With It
Current Events in Ukraine
Feelings, concerns, and reactions related to international conflict and war can affect each of us in different ways. Members of the Cornell community who are directly impacted by the unfolding crisis in Ukraine may be understandably worried or fearful and in need of support. As a community of caring individuals, we can be there for one another during difficult times. Please explore the university resources available to support all members of the Cornell community. If exposure to the ongoing news coverage feels stressful, consider adding these coping strategies to your daily self-care practices.
