Students with 7 or more absences will provide a doctor's excusal for each absence. Parents should send medical excusals to the classroom teachers when the student returns to school. Medical excusals will be counted as excused absences. Our goal is to ensure that your child's attendance is accurate.

Next PTA meeting of the school year will be at 6 pm at Grassy Creek on Thursday January 9th. ALL are invited.

Our annual DoDads' Dance is on January 31, 2020 6 to 7:30 pm. Mark your calendar.

The next skating party is February 12, 2020 6 to 8 pm at the Roller Cave.

Grassy Creek is selling trash bags again this year as a fundraiser. These are quality bags suitable in size and strength for your trash needs and any yard work needs. These bags are twice as thick as the leading name brand and come in three different sizes. Each roll is $10. Choose from White - 15 gallon (tall kitchen), 65 bags per roll, Yellow or Pink - 39 gallon, 25 bags per roll, or Blue - 55 gallon (super size) 16 bags per roll. Proceeds go directly into our Student Activity Fund and will be used for the students where needed.Thank you in advance for your continued support! Warren's High Ability Program is designed to meet the unique academic needs of gifted and talented students. The curriculum in these classes is differentiated and faster paced and students will be working above grade level if they qualify. As a district, we look at all students in grades 1, 4, 6 and 8 to see if they qualify for the following school year based on eligibility criteria. Parent recommendations are considered along with achievement scores when determining placement in high ability. More detailed identification information can be found here. If you are still collecting Box Tops from boxes, bags and cans please continue to do so. We will take them in any form. Send them to school and to the office with your student. See below if you want to go digital.
