Have a great summer!!
Okay... one last one! I just wanted to share a few final notes to keep you updated on things for the summer. 😊
When you drive by this summer you may notice construction going on in our school parking lot. Starting June 6th, our parking lots will not be accessible to cars. If your child is participating in Camp Raven they will need to be dropped off in the church parking lot next door, or they may walk/ride bikes to our school field.
Our front office will be open next week from 7:00-4:00, Tuesday through Friday, in case you need to stop by for anything. Our front office number is 847-298-1750, but please note that June 3rd is the last day for our school secretaries.
Lost & Found: Please stop by next week (May 31-June 3) if you think your child left something behind. Yet again, our Lost and Found is overflowing, but you are welcome to stop by during office hours (7:00-4:00) to claim lost items. Anything still here after June 3rd will be donated.
I will be in and out of the office all summer; I may work from other buildings at times due to construction. Please do not hesitate to reach out to me via email (mkrall@rtsd26.org) or phone (224-612-7600) with any questions.
Have a safe and relaxing summer!!

2021-22 Yearbooks
If you want to order one of the small number of extra yearbooks from the publisher DO NOT CALL INTER-STATE. The people who answer the phone are not able to process transactions. Please go to this link https://inter-state.com/ISSRep, and you will be able to contact their Customer Service department.
If your student did not receive a yearbook, but you believe that you ordered one online you should log back into the inter-state website and look at your purchase history. You can also look for a payment confirmation email. If you find proof of payment please contact interstate directly at https://inter-state.com/ISSRep.
Physicals, Vision, and Dental Appointments
If your child is new to the district, entering 6th grade, or participating in sports, it is necessary to have an updated physical on file. Summer can be an easier time to get these appointments in! Please visit our Health Services page for more information on what is required for each grade level, and for easy access to forms.

- Incoming freshman for Hersey should be reading The Seven Habits of Highly Effective Teens by Sean Covey. This is the only required reading, though they may share (or have shared) more titles as suggestions.
- Incoming freshman for Maine West should be checking out this list for information.

Remote Technology Support: Families can submit a Remote Technology Support Ticket through Incident IQ for their child. The link can be found on the district website under the Parents tab. They can also submit a ticket by logging into Incident IQ with their child’s login information.
