Attention all students, the next STEM Club meeting will be after school today, in Room 137. Come listen to Senior Robert Brown talk about his research work at the University of Rochester studying Macular Degeneration. All high school students are welcome to attend. Pizza will be served.

NHS will be hosting a winter semi-formal dance for all Juniors and Seniors on January 28th. You are encouraged to participate in the blue, white, and silver color scheme. Tickets will be sold during the first and second lunch sets starting next week. Ticket cost is $15.00

With the help of counselors, a group of students and staff are hosting a donation drive. All donations will go to adolescents undergoing treatment for eating disorders at Golisano’s Children Hospital. The accepted donations include washable art supplies, notebooks, fuzzy socks, soft blankets, and coloring books. Any donations made must be new items. There will be a box for these donations in the lobby from January 20th to January 30th

It is inevitable that students will be late, need to leave early or be absent from time to time.

When leaving a message, please include the students name and reason for the attendance request; i.e. doctor /dentist appointment, college visit, slept late, etc. and who is contacting the school.

We want to make sure we accurately enter attendance for each student.

Volleyball Intramurals will be available in the A Gym after school for the rest of the semester. All are welcome!

Space is limited!! Classroom instruction is Tuesday/Thursday mornings in room 126 from 6:00 am - 7:00 am with in vehicle instruction Tuesday/Thursday afternoons from 2:30 - 4:00 pm. The program begins on February 7 and runs through May 18. Question? Call the Community Programs Office 624-7068 or stop by the office located in the High School lobby.

Spring Semester Begins! Make sure to note any schedule changes you might have.

Also, Seniors will need to reapply for Late Arrival and Early Dismissal for the new semester, see the Counseling Center for a new form.
