Playground Weather:
We will attempt to be outside as much as possible. If it is 25 degrees or warmer we will be going outside. If there is snow, we will be allowed to play in the snow as long the students follow the "Frosty 5" rules (see below). We do have some extra hats, gloves, coats etc., if you borrow them they must be returned in order to have enough to share. Thanks!

United Way Coin Challenge winner!
Miss Thompson's First Grade class, collected the most change at Lincoln school, and the second highest out of all 15 schools who participated. They received gift cards, and a pizza party! Way to go Miss Thompson's class!!
Freezin' for a Reezin'
Mrs. Kostellic's class was the winner for our Freezin' for a Reezin' challenge. They sent in the most monetary donations out of all of Lincoln school. They get to sing on the radio Friday, December 1st on WCMY 93.5. This organization benefits the Ottawa Community Food Baskets. Excellent job Mrs.. Kostellic's class!
PTO
The Parent Teacher Organization is always looking for parents volunteers. Thanks to our PTO, this past month the fundraiser Double Good Fundraiser was put on by the PTO. Thank you to all who purchase Double Good. Also thank you to PTO for their generous potato bar provided for staff during Parent Teacher Conferences. They meet the second Monday of the month. Come join the fun, and support your child's teacher. This month they will meet on the 12th at 3:30pm.
Champion of the Charter November!
Way to go to the following Champion of the Charters for this month. Each month new students are selected. The students get a free meal from Jimmy Johns during lunch at school. All Champion of the Charter students are invited to the Board of Education meeting. This months meeting is December 19th at 6:00pm. If you did not attend previously to be recognized, please contact us we can add you to the list for this month. Congratulations to all!
